1) I have ordered a downloadable movie, when/how can I download it?
If payment was received you should have been taken to a confirmation page that allows you to download your movies. If this was not the case, or you need to access your downloads at a later time you must log in. After a successful log in you can 'view' your previous orders and from there you can access your downloads. If you download has expired or exceed the download limits you must contact us to unlock the desired download.
2) I found my download, why is it not downloading?
- It is possible that you have a firewall that is blocking the download. Try turning your firewall off.
- It is possible that you are out of disk space. The downloads average about 350 megabytes so make sure you have the space on the drive you are saving it to.
- It is possible that your connection is being dropped. Networks sometimes drop connections. This is especially true for dial up. Ensure that your connection is kept alive for the duration of the down load process. A typical download takes at least 15 mins on a broad band connection.
